    We visited the Arc de Triomphe and enjoyed a stroll down the Champs-Élysées. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Plus, we loved the spacious rooms and the great location. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice trip.

    The only downside was the lack of USB sockets for charging devices, a bit inconvenient.

    Tbh, had a really good stay on my next Parisian visit. Clean, good value hotel, the location was absolutely perfect and convenient near to the Eiffel Tower and Arc De Triomphe as well as major shops.

    great service , but minor charging issue

    The staff were really nice too accommodate us as a family. They upgraded us to a suite so we could all be together, a good surprise. The location provided a fine city view.

    The lack of USB sockets made charging devices slightly inconvenient.

    We have stayed here before and chose the hotel as we were visiting for the Bastille day celebrations, so the location was perfect. Our room was a good size, with a fabulously comfortable bed. Mini bar prices a bit on the steep side - to be expected in this part of Paris, but complimentary water was provided each day. Our room was not ready when we arrived (after the official check in time), so the reception staff sent us to the bar with a complimentary drink while we waited (around 30 mins). Great location in Paris. Didn't eat here, but plenty of restaurants locally.

    CD/Radio provided in room - would have been nice to have an Ipod docking station as in Sofitel Lyon Bellecour. Shower over bath leaked under the screen onto bathroom floor - not ideal, but as I didn't have to clean it up, not a major concern.

    Check-in felt frustrating, with a lengthy wait despite early arrival, and the room wasn't ready when we finally got in. Housekeeping left something to be desired. Our linens didn't feel fresh, and we found traces of previous occupants' belongings in the bathroom. While breakfast options were decent, the choices felt limited considering the luxury label, particularly for the price point.

    The hotel is a quaint size, with classic styling in an excellent location. Reliable for cleanliness.

    The common space and rooms are a little tired. While the staff cannot be blamed for there being no room available untill late afternoon for a cross Atlantic traveller, it was difficult to understand a 15 minute wait for the concierge to stop chattering and help me get a taxi on check-out.

    Fabulous location, clean reasonably spacious rooms, very comfortable and very helpful staff.

    No real complaints other than that the heating in the hotel was awfully high which we found uncomforatble.
